Medical Radiation Technologist (X-Ray & BMD)
Healthwise Diagnostics is seeking a licensed Medical Radiation Technologist for a part-time position. The successful candidate will perform X-ray examinations and bone mineral density testing while following established clinical procedures and safety standards. Additional working hours may become available based on operational needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
- Bone Mineral Densitometry certification is considered an asset
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Ultrasound)
Healthwise Diagnostics is looking for a qualified and experienced Diagnostic Medical Sonographer for a full-time or part-time position. The successful applicant will perform a wide range of general ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetrical, gynecological, breast, thyroid, musculoskeletal, small-parts and vascular studies.
Required Qualifications:
- Nuchal Translucency certification is preferred
- Experience performing vascular ultrasound studies is considered an asset
- Current registration and good standing with CMRITO
- Active registration with ARDMS and/or Sonography Canada
- Valid professional liability insurance is required
- A current CPR certificate is considered an asset
